33.21kWp Solar System for New-Build Flats

33.21kWp solar system designed for 12 new flats and communal areas, working alongside electric heating and hot water systems for shared energy benefits. We installed 82x 405w all black panels, with each flat having it's own 2.5kw inverter 2kwh integral battery. The communal areas also benefit from a 2.5kw inverter with integral 2kwh battery storage. This is to assist with running costs of electrical consumption.

The installation includes:

1. 33.21kWp solar system designed for 12 flats and shared communal areas

4. Communal areas powered by a separate 2.5kW inverter with 2kWh battery storage
5. System works alongside electric heating and hot water for shared energy benefits

This system was carefully planned and installed with future residents in mind. We’ll be back soon to finish the second fix and bring online an inverter and battery system we’ve specifically designed – a first of its kind locally. We’re proud of how this one’s come together.
